These terms govern your use of CashWebDev's website and services. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

CashWebDev provides web design, web development, SEO optimization, logo design, and business listing management services. The specific scope of work for each project will be outlined in a proposal or agreement before work begins.

Payment Terms

• A deposit is required before work begins on any project. The deposit amount will be specified in your proposal.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to final delivery of all assets.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client owns all final deliverables including design files, code, and content created specifically for their project.
• CashWebDev retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) are subject to their own licensing terms.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included in every project as outlined in your proposal. Changes that significantly alter the original scope of work may incur additional costs, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

Hosting

The client is responsible for their own hosting costs. CashWebDev can provide hosting recommendations and assist with setup. Hosting fees, domain registration, and related third-party costs are separate from design and development fees.

Limitation of Liability

CashWebDev provides services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.

Termination

• Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
• Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.
• Any deposits paid are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
